How do you order bulk raw hair?

  1. You send a request with the country, length, texture, thickness and weight you need, or join the purchase of a lot we are gathering.
  2. We offer the raw hair we have now or the next supply with its date, and name the price per kilogram: each lot has its own.
  3. Once all the terms are agreed, we settle the payment options with you.
  4. The lot comes to us: we check it and photograph it.
  5. We ship your hair to any country: raw hair we have, right after payment; hair from a supply, 2–3 weeks after the request.

What do we check in every lot of raw hair?

  • We inspect the hair and photograph it ourselves, comparing it with the lot's description.
  • We measure the length and weigh the hair.
  • We look at the cuticle: it is intact and runs one way, from roots to tips.
  • Before shipping, we send you our photos and videos of your hair.

For each lot, we record the available information on its origin and processing.

What if the hair does not match the description?

If we find a mismatch during the check, we contact you and agree on a solution: a refund, a replacement or a discount.

How much does raw hair cost, and how do you pay?

We name the price per kilogram for each lot separately: it already includes delivery to us and the customs duty. Raw hair we already have costs more, since you do not have to wait for it. You pay for delivery to you. Payment for a lot opens once we have agreed on its terms: you pay by an invoice link in our store or by another method convenient for us.

Who can order raw hair?

Anyone: extension stylists, workshops, producers and private buyers. The minimum share per participant is 1 kg.

How do you send a request for raw hair?

Write to us: the country, length, texture, thickness, how many kilograms you need and any other wishes. We will tell you what raw hair we have now and when the next supply arrives, and name the price per kilogram.
