A hair extension manufacturing course for factory owners and for anyone starting their own line: the industrial bleaching and coloring technology we run every day, formaldehyde-free, from raw material to finished blonde. The subject is bulk hair processing — large-scale raw hair processing by the kilogram — not applying extensions to a client.
FROM RAW HAIR TO BLONDE
The same stitched hair at 4 points of the process: the raw hair it starts as, the lift, the toner, and the finished blonde. This is the sequence the course teaches, and the reason bleached hair keeps its strength.

Bleaching powder and dye for a client’s hair are made for a head, not for stitched donor hair: on raw hair powder works fast and harshly, and the hair cannot be stitched under it — hence the losses. Industrial hair bleaching runs in a bath on stitched hair for 5–10 hours; industrial hair coloring uses a permanent dye that washes out slower than salon dye.

STUDENT REVIEW: OLYA, THE EXTENSIONIST
Olya owns The Extensionist hair extension salons in London, Dubai and Sydney. Before Berlin she had bought 2 courses and, in her words, had complete failures: industrial coloring and bleaching stayed a mystery. She came thinking “I’ll try; if it doesn’t work, it’s not for me”.
One weekend: stitching the hair onto fabric, industrial bleaching, toning and coloring from A to Z. HOW THE OFFLINE COURSE IN BERLIN WORKS: VIDEO DIARIES
A video diary of one offline course, shot as it happened: a student lands at 7 in the morning, moves into the flat, and 2 days later leaves with a ponytail she bleached, toned and stitched herself. Some of the finished hair went straight up for sale.
Day one did not go to plan: the supplier had sent raw hair that would not lift cleanly. That is the part worth watching — the course is taught on real material, in real conditions, not on a sample picked to look good.
The second diary: a student from Romania. 2 full days, from morning to evening, for as long as you have the energy: we show the whole process on different raw hair, dyed and undyed, so you understand how to work at every stage. If you need to learn to stitch the hair, we show that too.
You can bring your own hair if it is a small amount: the course is there to teach, not to bleach 10 kg of your hair. The student brought her own Iranian hair: it went into preparation at the end of day one, and on day two there was time to bleach some of it.

Which industrial bleaching technology should you choose? The one you can easily get the chemicals for in your country.
That should be the deciding factor when you choose training in bleaching and coloring hair for extensions — not a pretty picture of blondes or an account with lots of followers. There is no point learning a technology if you cannot get the ingredients it needs: the bleaching method has to work in practice in your own country.

On October 10, 2026, we held our group masterclass in industrial hair bleaching and coloring in Wroclaw. In 1 day we showed every stage: choosing raw hair, first and repeat bleaching, additional bleaching, coloring, toning and assembling the finished hair. We explained how to work with different raw hair types and how to choose suppliers, and shared our checked contacts.
There is nothing to write down at the masterclass: every recipe, formula and step-by-step video lesson stays with you in the online training. The technology is simple and gentle, with no need for 25 canisters of chemicals that are impossible to find.
