Hair collected from one donor and sold in its natural state — never steamed, silicone-coated or acid-washed. Every cuticle stays intact and aligned in one direction, so the hair does not tangle, matte or shed the way processed hair does. We source ours directly from donors in Ukraine and Poland.

Yes. Each bundle comes from one person, so texture, thickness and color
stay consistent from root to tip. Mixed-donor hair blends strands of different diameter and origin — it photographs well and separates into layers after a few washes. Every listing is one specific bundle, photographed and filmed exactly as you receive it.

Twelve months and more with normal care, usually through two or three re-installs. Because the cuticle is intact, the hair keeps its shine instead of going dull and dry after a few weeks.

Our blonde shades are lightened without heat, over a slower and gentler process. Industrial bleaching uses heat to work fast and forces the cuticle open — the result looks bright in the photo and turns to straw within weeks. Cold bleaching keeps the cuticle closed, so blonde bundles stay as soft as our natural shades. We teach this method in our bleaching and coloring course.

Yes, and custom coloring is free. Tell us the shade you need before ordering — a photo, or a number from the color chart — and we dye the bundle to match at no extra cost.

We ship worldwide, Delivered At Place: import duties and taxes are settled by the receiver. Inside the EU there are none. In the US, orders under $800 are generally duty-free.
